Reliance CDMA — Deduction of balance with out intimation | |||
Dear Sir, I am a central govt employee presently working at Delhi. I have presented a mobile phone (reliance CDMA life time No is [protected]) to my aged parents who resides at Guntur my home town. At present I am at guntur on vacations. My complaint is the company without informing they are deducting Rs. 30/- for various services which were not at all known to us. on 05 May 11 I have given option for DND activation and was not activated till 16 May 11. Further I made a complaint to customer care and and request number for DND activation was given[protected]. From 05 may 11 to today I have observed 03 to 04 times unknown services were activated and amount of Rs. 30/- each was deducted the same was complainted and then they will refund. If we are unable to complaint the amount is gone. Now I am available thats why i can make a complaint, where as my aged parents they not even know how to open messages and they only use mobile for communication with their children only. After repeated requests also my DND is not activated and still amounts are being deducted. Even the customer care executives don't give proper reply. During this time I have made at least 12 to 15 complaints to the company but no use . Sir, please look into this matter and the same may be resolved and the company may be instructed what ever the amount they have cut that may be refunded and the before activation any service they must contact the customer by phone as everybody is not that much perfect to see the messages and people like my parents are the big sufferer financially.
