RELIANCE CDMA MOBILE SERVICE — My service is disconnected

Hi,

I am using the Reliance CDMA number ([protected]) since March of 2009 at Hyderabad. And suddenly they have disconnected my incoming and outgoing saying due to insufficient document. I have submitted documents again at web world, but the customer care is saying still they have not received any set of documents. The web world folks are saying they just send the document and not responsible of any thing after that. Where as the customer service people say that its web world people responsibility.

So finally i am not able to get the service. I have called and talked with a customer service guy from reliance having name Srinivas from Channie office. No body is taking any responsibility. And finally i am suffering since many days running here and there unnecessarily.

Plz help me out.

Reliance CDMA — disconnect mobile number

Dear Sir,
I have take a new mobile no. on last week but my mobile no has disconnect, i have already submit the document on purchase a SIM, my mobile no is- [protected], (Radhika Devi, Vill- Pasiwar, P.O. Chandparsa, Dist- Siwan Bihar- 841240),

i m requesting to you that plz again start my Mobile no. immediately.

if have a any problem to new connection than should be contact for customer, why is disconnect the mobile no. it is wrong
