Reliance CDMA postpaid — Not receiving correct bill and pre-alert | |||
Hi , I am Rajesh. I am using reliance cdma connection. my mobile number is [protected]. Recently I migrated prepaid to post paid connection.all business calls i make from the same number. When i crossed the credit limit immediately with out any prior information just they stopped the outgoing.that to without giving any time period.which was impacted my business. Also i never received any proper bills to mail/postal.i have received only sms to pay initially 900 and 2601.00 and outgoing service was stopped. i logged into myservices.relianceada.com.there also i could not find my bills.even i went nearest reliance center there also they could not give correct information they said "the server is down unable get information". Then i made payment on 18th and went to out of station. but service was not activated back after 5 days i called customer care from others mobile their answer was server is down unable to get information this same answer was repeated 2-3 days.again called up to customer from others mobile then i got response like roaming service is not activated. I used same number in month begin in roaming service it was working in month end how it deactivated i am not sure.But customer care executive said this will be activated within one day but it was not. then i called nodel manager team and rectified the issue. Reliance Postpaid connection (CDMA) — No is not working in roaming
I am using a connection no [protected] (Delhi Circle).Now it is not working in Roaming (UP CIRCLE),
I have tried your Customer care no 100 times but it is not connecting.
please activate roaming if it is not.
