Dear Sir, Reliance is deducting my balance by two means i) Every time I send sms for deactivation of my sms pack, they just activate again and again, this is happening every time. ii) When they activate 5p per sms, still they cut my 1rupee per sms, I send 24 sms and my 24 rupees were deducted Hence this is very much unfair with reliance customers. with due respect i want to say that i'm using reliance mobile connection No. [protected]
when i have recharged my a/c with denomination of Rs. 55/- on dated[protected]. after recharging the a/c when i have checked balance was Rs. above 55 aprxx. but when i have checked yesterday the balance was Rs. 1.29/- i'm sure in this period i have not made any calls only use 198 Trai free call number no.. i have made calls to reliance custmer care center more than 20 times Today but they are not responding properly.so kindly give me resolution regarding this complaint as soon as possible.

Who told reliance company to activate caller tune of my mobile without asking me and charge 30 rupees from my account without intimation. In simple words they are cheating customers in this way. This big company do not need to do such activity and ultimately spoil image to their customers. Stop cheating to customers. Just disappointing. My Mobile number is that [protected]

Dear Sir/madamHere with I would like to draw your kind attention regarding unauthorised deduction of thirty ruppees from my my main acoount balance of reliance acoount(Rim). In the afternoon when I checked by balance I found out that by balance is minus 3.48 RS, I havent made any calls to no which are chargeable. Neither I subscribed any value added service by your commercial service like LOVe TIPs. This is not the first time happening with me, Day before yesterday also 30RS have been deducted out of which 22 RS have been refunded on registering a complain. Also on 26 th of April Love Tips have been activated without my prior permission or consent, for that I paid 60 RS (30 for subscription and 30 for renewal). When I made complain I was told money cannot be refunded as this under renwal, we dont have enough time to check our balace each and every time that does not mean that money should be deducted from our acoount. Why we should face such harassment, when we are payig for the service. I am not allowed to call customer care as I had some argument regarding all this with a customer care executive. If people are harassed in such a way do you think any body will keep quiet. For e.g if some body steals something from your house will you spare him. Just to recall six months before thirty rupees have been deducted for devotional pack which was not activated from my side. But I got refund after registering a compalin. Why I have to lodge complain each and every time. This is not happening with other service provider like airtel, vodafone, bsnl, why only with reliance. Please help me to resolve my problem and register a complain against this and refund all my money ASAP, If I am harassed further I will take this matter to human rights and put this matter in the leading papers and telivision channel, No matter how much I have to spend for that.
