hi i am shraddha from pune.i actually had deactivated sms pack before it was to be auto-updated..still charges were deducted..i had called customer care for the same they said that the balance is given in mobile but it actually not.........i am pissed o[censored]sing reliance mobile..they always keep on deducting the charges without any reason..i hope my complaint will be solved as soon as possible..my mobile no is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Reliance CDMA — Unnecessary deduction of my balance
Dear Sir,I am customer(My no. [protected]) of Reliance CDMA last 2 years,but from last year my balance is deducted when any India cricket match or either IPL match is scheduled. On match date if my balance is more than 5 Rs. in that case 5 Rs have to deducted from my balance, I have talk several times to Customer Care Executive to stop this they told no service is activated on your number.If this is not stopped then I move to take a legal action against company.

I am Rupal agarwal .My reliance CDMA prepaid number is [protected].
I am highly frustrated by your services.You have deducted 39rs from my balance directly by not deactivating my sms card, which i deactivate last month by calling customer care.
I want my money refunded as you have not deactivated sms card worth rupees 39 in my mobile even i have deactivate this last month by calling customer care,and also tried many times this month bt customer care number and complaint help line number(198), cant respond...i have called on this num frm 15 august 2011 to 17 august 2011......and also msg on 53739 to deactivate sms card but u cant respond
On calling to your customer care they were very pathetic to talk with.They just remain arguing and not ready to log my complain..
last month After calling to your customer care several times i got my complain logged
my total deduction is rupees 39.i want my balance back and also want that my sms card should be deactivated.......as i am a student can not afford this much loss of money and time wastage in calling u..i[censored] r not able to solve my problem i will change my server
even i am facing the same problem.
but they r deducting money from laast 4 months..
did u recieve amount back..
