Reliance Broadband Internet — Internet not working
We have two broad band internet connecions, one at Tarnaka, Hyderabad and oneat Ghatkesar, Ranga Reddy Dist. (outsskirts of the Hyderabad city). Our Tarnaka
internet in not woriking since14th July morning till now, 16th July. I called Customer
care to raise the complete and I was told by him that whole India server is down
where as at Ghatkesar nearly 25 kmts from city, access is fine with full speed. It is amazing that with in the city not working and out of the city working and customer
care executive says "whole India Server Down". In such situation it is very difficult whom to believe. More over executive could not raise the complaint saying that, he is unable to access because of server down. I think the management is not at all bothered about the customer grieviences, they are worried about only the dues even
paid by the customer.
Hence, I reqeest the concerned authority to look into the matter get it done immediatly. In fact, we have planned to go for another connerction.

I get several calls during the day. It's surprising only your team could not reach me. I appreciate their effort. No call till date. No reply to my mails marked to your customer care mail id. I suggest Rcom should name their customer care as customer scare. I have been writing to Mr Anurag Prashar and Mr. Prakash Shenoy. They don't care to reply.

broadband internet connection — not working for the last week
Dear Sir,I have lodged a complaint against broadband interconnection in the last week.Now since that day my internet connection is not working . Your representative is also making us fool by saying that we are doing, doing, but result is yet to be come. I am sorry to say that you are providing worst services to your customers and loosing your confidence, finally we are facing a lot of problems due to you .We are also running service centre for the recognised company but never provide bad service like you are providing to your customer.
Please solve our problem, otherwise we have no other option to go in consumer court and lodged a complaint against you as you are hasrred us for the last a few days.
