Reliance Communication - Postpaid Mobile Connection — Outgoing Calls Barred

Hi Team,
I am reliance postpaid customer since more than three years[protected]. I am gold customer sub-type.There is always some or other issues with Reliance services. This time I have moved from Bangalore to Pune and I transferred my service. Everything was going smooth..but suddenly after 20 days, I discovered that my outgoing calls are barred w.e.f.[protected]. What the hell is this?
Customer service is saying that your AV is negative. What does it mean. I have submitted my passport, Pan..address proof. Reliance took 1000 deposit for address. My bill never crossed 1000 in last 3 years. Why suddenly this pathetic service. You can't block someone's number like that, you give a reason and say that submit this document or do this task, otherwise number will be block.
Why does reliance wants to lose its customers?

If I would have been a defaulter customer, my service would not have been for so long. Please try to understand and respect customers.
I have already again submitted documents on yesterday evening.

If address verification was negative, then why at the first place I got the my number changed in pune and service for a month. If it is to do with Security or national threat, then why number is getting activated without address verification. Then Should I take this issue with TRAI, because when I signed reliance form, it was clearly written – that once the address is verified then only the number will be changed and activated.


Can you people please activate my number or if you so much issues with my address(which is a reason for number block)- Why do then reliance executive said that I will fill the form. Why they are not entering proper address as per proof submitted. And also, they are saying your watchman was unaware about your presence in society? Do you expect a watchman to know all 200 people staying in society? What the hell is the reason?

They are saying you can take a new number and a new plan. Why should I take a new plan? My plan is better than newer plans? Is this the reason for address verification negative.

I have contacted Mr. Anish, in Relaince World, Paud Road, Pune, Where I have submitted the document and I have re-submitted it on Friday, but yet as of now It is not active.

They have gone to my society and have not visited my flat, whose fault is this? They are saying there was no mention of your wing and flat number – however it was there on my electricity bill that I have provided to them).

I think that I will get some co-operation and my number should be activated. Can someone please help.
