[Resolved]  Reliance Communication / Reliance Hello Wireless Phone — incoming call problem

Dear Sir,
my reliance hello wireless cdma phone (phone no.[protected] incoming facility is off from last 2 months and when i try incoming call on this phone no. than ingaje tone is hearing, i am allready inform 5 to 6 times on costomer care servece and before 2 months on reliance web word office in civil lines, allahabad but problem is not solved. i am submit last week our id proof on reliance web word office in civil lines, allahabad. My complane no.[protected] &[protected].

last 2 days engg. are contact to me from reliance communication ltd. , allahabad but they are not solve my problem they are told that your system is on roming position but in case i am allready inform to engg. our phone is stay same position from 4 years.

so kindly take the action on urgent basis.
