This is Hardev frm Shimla Himachal Pradesh
I had reliance smart connection from last two years but from the last one month my service has been deactivated twice once for having no valid reasion from smart customer care (saying that the validity of the sim was up to 8th April 09 He suggest me to recharge with 75 Rs easy recharge and you will get the validity till 2015 but with in a month service to my No. ([protected]) is de activated. I want to know that why this is happening with me I want a valid reason for this if there is my fault I accept your way of dealing but still you should first inform your customer about this but if it is not so than I want a reason of discontinuing the service
I am not happy with the service you are providing to your customer.
If I will not get my connection activated within 24 Hr I will go to the consumer court and get the solution to my problem .
If this seems to be Ok for you plz let me know

Smart — money cut
my no. is [protected] and connection is smart.On 25/09/2009 at 12:17 I got a message from them that your FMIndia pack is activated. I didn't activate it and also there was no customer call earlier so it rules out any chances of my mistakenly activating it at that time. There was some blank messages from RM-53030 earlier and then this message.

i dont want any call from reliance company offers and the sms on the mobile
of company.Because i dont no how to operat the mobile on your calls. And daily sms
make me disturb and many times my balance get deducted on wrong pressing of mobilekeys.so please stop the company sms and calls except the balance offers.
Whether u stop the calls and sms of company or i change the operater services number.

deduct my money RS 30 without any reason, in the evening when i complained in the customer care then they tell me hungama pack activated on my no, witout my any request how can activate this pack and deduct my money. I will be highly obligue to you if take necessary action as early as possible. I wants to get back my amount.

Reliance — without knowing cut the balance from phone
first company cut the balance from our phone, then you call customer care he says that you activate this pack from you phone but that service isn 't in your phone and last he made louts of excuses like technical fault but he does not return your money.simply he activate louts of[censored]nusable thing on our phone then he says you activate it but this is not true.
i[censored] activate any pack then you know something about it but activate by company you did not know something about it..
