Reliance Communications — Abusive messages from Customer Care Support 55100 | |||
To whom it may concern, I had called customer care *333 on 20th May 2013 at 0:44 AM, to resolve some of my issue. And one the customer care person attended my call. I don't remember his name but I am sure you can check who has attended my call. First of all he didn't resolved my problem. Then he disconnected my call after then I got many abusive messages on my phone from the number 55100. Followed by many service configuration, in total I got something around 50 messages from 55100 containing many abusive words. Now all I want is an apologize call from that person. I am not going to tolerate the stupidity of your staff. Reply ASAP, as I am not going to wait for long. Dear Team, This no. [protected] is sending abusive messages. When I called her back she has not answered calls. Since, she come to house to see place.she did not like the prices for it. Also, instead of replying on her decision. She has started sending abusive words. And. Said so many wrong things to me. I request you to kindly take action on her.59%
