Reliance GSM Connection — Uninformed Subscription of CRBT

I hereby inform you that I, mr Sumanta Chowdhury, the sole simholder of reliance GSM service PUNJAB. On 16.10.2009 at 16:35:58 pm I received a message, informing me that my subcription to CRBT had been renewed for 30 days at 30 Rs/month. Without informing me they also less ny acc balance by Rs 30.

In this circumstances I want to inform u that Rs 30 is not a very big amount, but it will mess the
customer loyalty, as well as they less 10 Rs even to subscribe CRBT at a time without informing me.
Even I call the cust care also, but I dont get any possitive attitude. so I earnestly requesting you to
handle the case as quick as possible, otherwise they less my acc by another excuse without
informing me ever and forever.

The same thing just happened to me - received SMS "Amount Charged for VAS CRBTSubscrip 1 Rs:1.00. Current Main Balance : Rs:1.78" even though I DID NOT ENROL FOR THIS SERVICE! And this KEEPS HAPPENING. A few months back I was involuntarily subscribed to daily Bible quotations. Reliance, what the hell? And every time I write to [protected]@RelianceADA.com to complain, I never receive any response.

I have Reliance GSM prepaid connection. In my account 30 Rs was deducted for VAS CRBT. Even i didn't activate for VAS CRBT(Caller Ring Back Tunes) without any intimation it has activated automatically and deducted the amount. My Reliance number is [protected].AND i want my precious money back at my number. Please look this matter and deactivate the CRBT for my number ASAP. The same thing happened earlier also. Hope u will pay attention and will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I have a Reliance CDMA prepaid mobile connection No;[protected].I suddenly find that Reliance had deducted Rs 30+1 from my account
for VAS CRBT . I have never asked for activation/reactivation of VAS CRBT. I want my precious money back and credited to my
