Reliance India Mobile — Automatic Subscription of Services and Charges deducted from balance

I am Reliance India mobile custome and my mobile number is [protected]. I was automatically subscribed to back ground tunes service and the charges were cut down from my available balance. When I contacted the customer care of Reliance, they informed me about I have subscribed for this service on 30th August, during 2 to 2:30 PM. I want to state that I have not made any such subsription and I have not made any SMS or call for this purpose. This is cheating from the company side and not tolerable to me.
I request for necessary action.

Reliance GSM — activation of GSM

i have purchased 2 GSM cards( [protected] & [protected] ) on 21st jan 2009. and got them activated on 23rd of jan . but both the SIM cards got deactivated after few days . On complaining to the customer care they ask to visit the web world On visiting the express web world they ask to visit the web world ( i dont understand whats the difference in the web world and express web world) Furthur on visiting the web world they reply as we cant help you out you have to go back to the retailer.(wat the hell is this each n every one is putting the blame on others. and y these people r making a panic out of it .)
i always had some kind of problems regarding RELIANCE whether it may be the GSM or WLL..
please can you let me out of this n can you take some actions regarding the round n round procedure mentioned above.

hahah same thing happened to me from Spice(now Idea).
When i called them to complain they abused me instead.

This cheating is rampant.

Reliance GSM — disruption of service

i took a gsm sim card(no:[protected]) on 3-4-2009, and recharged then for 50rs.but i could'nt make any calls ...i am getting incoming calls and can send messages too..But while trying to make a call it shows "CHECK CALLER ID SENDING SERVICE" And call fails...I complained with the coustomer care and they promised to correct it ...but it has beenalmost 12days still the problem remains. so please do the needful. my contact no is [protected]

Reliance — activating service

i do not activate any service like mantra pack or news pack but they have activated mantra pack on my mobile no. [protected]. i treied to tell them about this but they say that i have activated it by answering their their promotional call. but i do not receieve any call from them. and now they are not refunding the charge.

Reliance GSM Mobile Service — reliance automatic activate CRBT & deducted my balance

I am a reliance prepaid gsm user and my no. is [protected]. I got a msg by 24th arpil 2010 at 9.00am that " YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS.30 FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS." while i didn't subscribe any such type of service and my 30Rs.had been deducted. I just called to customer care and talked to piyush.he said that yes i agreed that ur CRBT subscription has been done automatically by service and he forward my request that service request no.is[protected]. and said that ur deducted balance will be refunded at ur account within two days. After 1 day I got a msg that "Dear Reliance Customer as per SR[protected] the benefited is already posted on 6 mar 10. also CRBT unsubscribed" the same problem i haved face previous month but at that time they refunded me my bal and this time they are saying you won't get your bal back. Is this a new way for theif by reliance
so sir i want justice for the service which i had not subscribed and it is totally fault of reliance

Even i have not subscribed for CRBT service I received a SMS that "Your Subscription to CRBT service has been renewed at Rs.30/- for a period of 30 days" To unscribe SMS. UNSUB 1003 TO 155223.(toll free)

Reliance GSM — activation of CRBT service

Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message ON 31. 05.2010 saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 20 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.

One day before(30.05.2010) Rs10. was deducted from my account saying that I subscribed for a caller tune, this was also with out my consent.

Maine apna reliance phone 31 jul 2010 se 02 aug 2010 tak off karke rakha tha.
Reliance ne mera paisa Rs.3 minus me kar diya. Mera paisa vapas nahi kar rahe hai.

Reliance GSM — Activating service on its own and charging for that.

Hi,

I have Reliance GSM mobile SIM, Some health service was activated on its own and they started charging for that service, I talked to the Customer Service Representative they say they can deactivate it but can not refund the money which they charged without my permission.
I never asked for that service,
I never give my oral permission also, In fact I did not knew also about the service.
Customer Service Representative is saying, its the company policy that they can activate a service and customer need to tell in 24 hours to deactivate the service.

I have audio conversation recorded as proof.

Please help so they can not do such things in the future.

Reliance GSM — Complaint of service of Reliance GSM

Dear Sir,

I, Abhijit Kishore, am consumer of Reliance GSM (SMART), Jharkhand. They have activated caller tune facility in my mobile themselves without my concern. When I complained
then deactivated the caller tune. But, they did not refund my money by telling that it was activated my me. But, It is not true they cut my Rs 40/-. Actually the caller tune was activated on 2nd october, 2010 and unactivated it on 11th october 2010. if i have done my self why should i unsubscribe it before one month after paying it for one month. They I tried to call customer no. that never connect. Then I went to customer care centre myself. They registered my complain (complain no.[protected] and after two days they unsubscribed it and said that they did deducted any amount. But they have deducted it. They often do this type of things and harassing us.

CRBT service has been activated automatically without my consent and the amount of Rs, 20 has been deducted from my prepaid account. Is this is a way to earn money, its not fair enough.

Without my request or subscription they sent me a msg you CRBT service has been renewed

I have been using reliance GSM connection for last one year. But reliance service starts some services in between. I call to costumer care but reply is not satisfied some body is telling from there you are starting the service. what i will do tell me sir.

Reliance GSM — activation of services

dear sir,
my mobile no is [protected].for the past 2 months the service provider is activating useless services which are neither activated by me nor anyone and deducting money from my account.this kind of cheap acts are simply not acceptable.i am bound to change the network if things remain the same.

i have not subscribe any service and my 30rs. deducted from my balance.
when i called customer care, he said you have subscribed share and shayaries, i said i have not subscribe any service bt he did not want to believe me.
Then i said ok now today onwards plz unsubscribe the service, he said ok i will do that.
After one month again 30rs. were deducted from my balance.
I again called service centre and asked for the reason, he siad you have subscribed share and shayaries.I said it has been removed by the customer care officer.He said it has not been removed, then i said ok now plz you will unsubscribe that plan.He said ok i will do that.
I don't know is it remove or not .
I haven't recharge my mobile due to that fear.
sir plz resolve my problem, and unsubscribe that share or shayaries.
