First of all thankyou for sending me CDR,but my point is as i have given wrong info about black out days and i have never received any of such SMS/IVR regarding black out days on my no.

Hello Sir/Madam,

This is to bring your kind notice that I have been using no.-[protected] on a SRP Retention Customer from a very long time, I do send SMS Regularly.
On 28th December I have spoken to one of your CCE on Hotline 198, enquired about blackout days & I have been told by CCE that 31st December & 1st January are two days considered as blackout days.

But I am highly surprised & shocked to see that I have charged Rs. 518+Service Tax for sending SMS on 30th December also, Which wasn’t informed by CCE.

As you can see that I always deposit bill on every of 10th but this time I am under a mental trauma because of whatever happened.

I hope you will understand the concern & do something favorable to me.
