i have given my plot to your company in vill: malikpur, ludhiana.my vender code no is 317889.i received your last payment in oct. 2012 of month of oct, nov and dec 2012. I have not received any payment after that.pl release my payment as per our agreement.

Reliance Communications — Take extra Rent

Dear Sir

My Data Card no is [protected]. i have purchased post paid connection purchased one year before and i have regular payment history.

I had go to the Reliance web world near Kora kendra Borivali (W) Mumbai for request convert my postpaid to prepaid. But the staff first said me the system has down and not working and i placed request for conversion they ask me for the Rs.150/- for conversion charges i am asked for what is the conversion charges they replied its compulsory and they also take me the one month extra Rental charges Rs.400/-.

I asked the staff why you taking the extra one month Rs.400/- they said its our rule and regulations if customer want convert or closed we have taken one month extra who have i have not used the data card and they have taken from me Rs.400/-.

How is the possible that i have not used the internet and paid Rs.400/- and conversion charges Rs.150/-.

Please sir take appropriate actions against the Reliance Communication and the rude staff.

Rent — Rent not received on time

I have a property rented out to the Income Tax Dept . This my only source of income . I have never been getting the rent on time . What action can I take to assure that I get my rent on time .

Reliance Mobile — monthly rent higher than given

I m your customer of RELIANCE GROUP my cell number is[protected] and it is postpaid card. When I bought this number at that same time I bought one another number ([protected]). Marketing executive YOGESHBHAI CHAUHAN gave us same plan in both card ( PLAN IS MONTHLY 99 RS). But in the bill they are charges 199 rs per month in my this number and in another number they are charged 99rs per month.
I had complained so may time but they just told me that from next month you will charge 99 rs per month and different amount will be refund in next bills. But till date no changes had done and I will received same
Commitment from you end.
Every time I got the same answer from other end..now I am writing to you because I am tired of the connection of reliance group and I had a big mistake that I have taken your connection. If my request will not be solved I will go to the TRAI. And complain about the company fraud..
Waiting for the reply with my complain solution and refund the rent I already paid above 99 rs/per month

Mr santosh from Rel com called up me regarding my query. I socked that he has manner to talk with customer. He told me that wherever you want to go (TRAI) or (consumer) we are unable to refund your different ammount. Now I have recordings and I will take such action because before that when I talked with nodalofficer he gave me promise to refund such amount and I have also that recordings

I have given my plot at Mullanpur (Ludhiana) for tower in August, 2003 and recieving rent quarterly regularly but rent of January, 2013 to March, 2013 has not been recieved yet despite repeated requests to the concerned officials. When I will get it ? My agreement with Reliance is going to be over on 7th August, 2013 for which I have also given in writing to vacate my plot for which I am still waiting response from company.
