I have made the payment for my RCOM Bill in the month of Nov 2009 and still date i havent received the credit of the same into my RCOM A/c. I have been following up with their service cell from last 4 months but till date there is no solution.

R u seriously going through the mails or replying just as you kept there for replying to mail with out going through the same. Either you send your standard replies or ask for proof again an again.

This is in reference to my bill payment which I have made in the month of November 2009 for amt of Rs.2000.00 through the RCOM IVR BILL PAYMENT SYSTEM (Through phone). After following up for more than 3 month with you Services Assurance Cell, I still don’t have any solution of the same. I have clearly said that will doing the transaction on the IVR after inputting the card details for payment there was a system error and hence I could not get the transaction reference nos. I have already provided the proof of amount getting debited from my credit card account on 10/11/2010 amt Rs.2000.00. Till date I have not received the credit of same either in my RCOM Account nor in my CC Account. As per confirmation from my CC Bank the amt has been paid to your CITI Bank A/c as the payment gateway used by RCOM is the same. Also all the time when ever I have forwarded a mail to you services assurance cell I have received a standard reply from them. You can check the trail mails below. I am sending you my CC Statements along with this mail from Nov 2009 till April 2010 for your reference. I have also visited you RCOM outlet which is at Borivali West, Chandavarkar Road and have also asked them to look into the matter. They also have forward the details to concern department and had assured that I would receive a call back by 29th April 2010, but I haven’t received any response yet from your end..
I hope this time I would get some answer and not a standard reply from RCOM.

Due to some technical error the transaction was not successful due to which payment did not go through and no reference no was generated. But when I checked my credit card statement the amt got debit from my card. But still date I have not received the reversal of the same. I am attaching my credit card statements for the month of Nov 2009. Dec 2009, Jan 2010 & Feb 2010 for your reference.
I hope my request will be taken care of ASAP.
