Reliance Communications / Broadband And Internet Services — Worst Service Provider & harrassment | |||
Hi, Myself Ms.Deepti P.Dembla, residing in Chembur, Mumbai. I would like to bring to your notice that i have been using Reliance Broadband since more than a year now, but offlate(like from past 6-8months) their services and connectivity have become pathetic. Every month i have to call their Customer service and log a complaint for the broadband connection not working. In the month of Jan i logged more than 5 complaints and i had very clearly told them that due to the connexion not working im not going to pay the bill for the month of Jan, inspite of that these collection guys called me around 25times. I am really pissed off with them. Above all this harrassment they have now bared my connection due to non-payment. I mean this is just ridiculous. My feb bill due date being 16th march 2011 they have terminated my connection without intimating me. Request you all to please help me and teach these guys how to service the customer.
