Reliance Communications — Broadband not working

from 24th Dec 2012 my broadband not working because main line fault. I already lodge complain but R com not giving me solution still on 03rd Jan 2013. they are not give me time frame also. I am highly disappoint because I was not able to reply my new year mails just because internet connectivity.
on Rcom toll free no.[protected] I already called up 6 times but no solution.
Please help me

I am a customer of reliance broadband connection and my subscriber id is[protected].

I am having a problem of frequent disconnection and the customer care is not responding even after registering a compliant several times.Their customer service is one of the laziest i have ever seen and they aren't responding to the customer compliants at all.

It has been 12 days since i lost my connection and i have still not got my connection back. Reliance must give a fee waiver for such kinda response as its around half a month.

Hi,

I am using Reliance Broadband Post paid connection.My connection is not working since last one month.
I complained many times to Reliance but they have not turned up.
I was told that i can pay till the day i used but now they have sent me full month Bill.
This is not expected from a big company like Reliance.I am still hoping that they would resolve my problem at the earliest or I have to sue them in Consumer Court.
