[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not getting parts for Mobile Handset for reparing | |
I am using Reliance billing postpaid Mobile for more than 4Yrs. I have samsung SCH-A603 handset which needs to be repaired. But i am unable to find the spare parts in any service centers given by Reliance company. Parts i need are 1.Strip code (which connects flap and the other baseof the phone) 2. Internal Lock which is between the flap and the base body I want my handset repaired and i want to be get paid for the time and money i have spended on the search of this parts. Reliance Communication — complaint about mobile handset
i had purchased mobile handset from thane reliance gallary on 30/08/2010. but within warrenty period handset having some problem. I approached to gallary on 03/08/2011. but still I have not get any typr of reply please help me in this matter
