[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Bill deducted via ECS even after phone is terminated

FYI.

This is my letter to the customer(un)support at Reliance communications.

Dear,
My phone no. [protected] has been terminated since december 2008 and still my account is deducted for the bill in january 2009 for Rs.113. I had given my first termination request in May 2008 which to my surprise was not carried out which I only found out in December. Now to my amazement, my bill (Rs113) is deducted even after the termination.

I had visited the Vasai webworld many times in this regards where I was assured that bills won't deduct after my termination. Why are you torturing me in this manner. This phone was an employee plan I had. If you treat your employees in this manner, what can a general Indian customer expect from you.

I called the customer care who replied they can't register this complaint as the number is terminated. If you cannot register this complaint, what right you have to bill me for no services. I request the concerned authority to take necessary action and arrange for the refund at the earliest.

I hv purchased one set on 2/4/2009 of Reliance Model: 161 FM of Rs. 1300/- from M/s Anoop Communication shop no.7
Phase-3B II, Mohali
Due to some reason your repair centre M/s Onida Service Center, SCO-85, Burail, Ekata Market, Sector -45C, Chandigarh
Ph.no.[protected] said this set cannot repair it & issued PHD cert. to deposite this cert.& old set with your shopkeeper
new set will be issued from your M/s Anoop Communication shop no.7 Phase-3B II, Mohali.
Anoop said to go to my distributer Mr. Bhatia, House no.2182A Phase-X, Mohali whose Mobile no. [protected]
Said this set is not coming so you take another set in lieu of this set but you take set LG-RD 3510 & must pay Rs. 400/-
Extra. So this distributer Mr. Bhatia, was blackmailing me because of replacement of my old set & also said I will

After so many calls & disturbance, harrasment with distributer Mr. Bhatia, & also abusing me said I don’t hv time to sort out this issue without having any profit & blackmailing me & said to contact Mr. Manish (Manager)

After so many troble & harassment Now y’day Mr. Manish has given me new set Model: LG-RD3510 but asking to pay
Rs. 250/- more because of this set is more costlier than earlier set in front of M/s Anoop Communication shop no.7
Phase-3B II, Mohali & earlier bill M/s Anoop Communication has taken back & said now you get out of my shop
As I realize all three of them (Anoop, Bhatia & Manish) are blackmailing & harassing a common man
So pls. take stick action against all three of them & cancel Mr. Bhatia distributorship

But I hv not paid extra Rs. 250/- I said pls. issue me bill from M/s Reliance communication office SCO 135-136, Sector-9A, Chandigarh than only I hv to pay Rs. 250/- only
