Reliancecommunication — Caller Tune

i downloaded a caller tune via SMS on 20th Feb 2009. i got sms the caller tune hase been downloaded at charge of Rs 15, on same day at 14:39. i also received around 100 of sms, Requested Tune has been set successfully, from 22Feb to till.
But my caller Tune is not playing. instead of my selected caller tune Reliance song is playing
after making a thousand call to custmer care, talk with Supervisor Mr. Jai Prakash
i called to senier person of the comnay Mrs Aarti Ojha.
But nobody take the complain secriously.
even i did not get any revert against my mail-complain which i wrote to customer care

i have a reliance hello phone it hasn't no sms facility. i want to discontinue the caller tune i called to the customer care to discontinue this service they answer sms to ... number but may phone has not any message service what should i do.
