Hi,



This complaint is regarding Mobile no:[protected].



Yesterday callertune automatically got subscribed(as this is the most common problem with any rcom customer). I don't want to discuss any further on this.



My sole/humble request is to please unscribe this caller tune service from above mentioned number, as i have already tried unsubscribing this through message "unsub 1003" to the mentioned number, then working with IVR and finally calling to customer care. But nothing worked.



Please help me in that.

Reliance Communications — serivice is activated by reliance and it is deducting my balance . i never activated any service .

It is not possible to connect 198 . But my balance is deducted . Very poor service by Reliance .

Relainca has deducted Rs 14 on account of SMS pack. I am not using this pack, niether subscribe to.
Everytime they do this.Please ask hem to refund my money

Money deducted for VAS jumpgames GSM

My name is [protected]. And company deducted RS. 30 from my main balance as VAS jumpgames GSM charge. But i didn't activated any such services. I need my money back and reason for such deductions.

Undue deduction from my balance and not lodging a complaint
