Reliance India mobile and Classic mobile company — Overbilling and mobile sets are not working

hi,

we got corporate connection of 12 nos in CUG scheme, RIL provide us the mobile set through there concerned dealer of classic make, on payment of Rs. 999.00/set. out these set, two set were found defected we went to service centre there they told us are not laible to repair these set, becouse one set was defected due to charging problem and second one was due to sim pins. then we approch to RIL resional office where we have got the connection, threw Sales manager Mr. Shanker yadav, they said you send your set to me i will get it repair. but after one month we have not found the sets and we found there first bill with the billing of these both set bills not only for this time but also for next continue months also, not only this we also billed for some extras like we have not the STD Facility on 11 no. except one no., but unfortunatly we were billed for the same facility when we gone to there costomer care they says you contact with our Re. office, we also gone to there but after our regular follow up we are fial to wave off this amount in this result RIL have discoutinued our services and we have lost our Rs. 2 crore project due to none communication.
and also we suffer regular misbehaved calls from RIL recovery agencies.

we again request you to please compancate us by this loss threw the RIL.

SUB : PROBLEM IN THE JACK OF THE MOBILE NO. [protected] (S.No.L40176G40277)

I have purchased a Reliance Mobile, Model: Classic 703 from your Authorised Dealer M/s. Air Net Communication, Main Market, Lal Mandir, Khora Colony, Opp. C-66, Sector-57, Noida, U.P. vide their Bill No. 120 dated 5.01.09.

After 6 months, I am facing problem in the Jack of the Mobile, Model : Classic 703. I am not able to charge my mobile, due to which I am not able to use this number.

Please also note that your Authorised Dealer M/s. Air Net Communication had given me a warranty of one year, when it was purchase from them. My mobile is under warranty and your Authorised Dealer M/s. Air Net Communication is refusing to repair it. I would request you to kindly help me out with this situation/matter, so that I may be able to use my mobile.

I am also attaching herewith the bill for you reference and necessary action.

Please do the needful.

Why so much charge is taken for caller tune, please make this facility free to motivate more customer .not even that reliance should initiate to give any caller tune customer at least once in a month.reliance customer will increase.there by profit to reliance .apart from this if reliance receives the profit .company must give free service or higher quality of moblie set to their customer at whose suggestion the company could able to get profits.

I have not activated any ASARAM BAPU ALERTS OR ANY OTHER ALERTS ON MY RELIANCE PRE-PAID MOBILE and same was activated automatically from the customer care end and Rs.7/- was deducted from my balance.

I have never sent SMS nor called the customer care for activation of this services.


Earlier also this kind of mistake happened from your end and I have already given DND instructions NOT TO ACTIVATE ANY OF THIS KIND OF SERVICES ON MY MOBILE AND DO NOT DISTURB ME.

Kindly refund my money and deactivate the service. Otherwise I shall report in TRAI for this.

I DONT WANT THIS KIND OF ANY SERVICES.

Please reply to me and refund the amount deducted for service which i have not asked for nor activated my me.

Please help me in this regard..
