I purchased one Reliance Netconnect High speed Broadband+ data card at 4th August 2009.My complaint no[protected] I have registered this complaint on 5th August.I am facing slow speed problem in my High Speed broadband + data card.& that is not working in broadband+ mode. I am really not satisfied this data card speed . Reliance services is very late. please solve this problem immediately. I call to the customer care but every time I got same resolution that your request is in solving stage. I also send mails to reliance customer care/reliance net connect but still I haven't received any positive response from them. I have recieved i message on my data card that says that if you are a out look / microsoft outlook user then please change its smpt port 25 to sendemails.reliance so please send me the correct incomming and out going server name.

I also purchased a reliance high speed data card which stoped working only after one month. Reliance customer care replaced the same after one month of period that too after having fight with them also I had to pay the monthly rent 1200 without using for that month. Now again there is a problem that downloading speed is not that fast as it was when I just bought it.
