[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Poor Customer care & Other Services

My RIM GSM No. [protected]
I am vrey Unhappy with Reliance Communication.
Yesterday 6/11/09 at 1.45 pm Without my activation Reliance Activate Caller Tune in My RIM Connection.
I have Unsubscribe caller tune service Yesterday 6/11/09 at 1.50 pm.
I received SMS from 52345 (Reliance) That "You have Successfully unsubscribed from Reliance caller tunes service."
I talk with Sandeep (RIM Customer care Executive) at 2.30 or 3.00 pm
I ask how you activate caller tune without my permission, He reply my system sayz you activate service (Indirectly he want to say that I am (Customer) is layer).
Today 07/11/09 at 02.45 am I received one more SMS from reliance "Dear Customer, U are subscribed to Caller tune at Rs1/2 days. To cancel, SMS unsub 1003 to 155223(TollFree) Reliance"
I talk with Reliance Customer Care Executive (Veena) at 8.10 am. She reply me that it take 24 Hr to Unsubscribe service. I am very Unhappy with her way of talking with Customer. She was in Angry Mood.
I woul like to Feedback that " Why you send SMS that You have Unsubscribed Service !! Please send Sms like your Unsubscribe Caller Tune Request in proses & It will take 24 Hr. for Unsubscribe.
7/11/09 at 8.20am I talk with Aryan (RIM Customer Care Executive) He talk properly & told me that We have received your SMS for Unsubscribe Caller Tune at 1.50 pm Please wait till 2.00pm

I am relay upset with RIM Customer care Service.

My question is Why RIM Activate caller tune in my connection without my permission & why Customer care Executive giving Half Information to Customer?

I mailed my Problem to [protected]@relianceada.com at 6/11/09 but haven't received any reply till now.


Only TRAI can solve problem to take some action on Promotional call with press No. for Activation & Half Information given by Customer care executive

i could not make conferance call it show request recected why?
2 days before i buy a new no of reliance. i think that reliance has big name in telecom sector and there service will be good but i m shame on my desicion for selecting reliance. frm the day of purchasing it causing prblm in network. whenever i call to customer care they tell that there is technical prblm so they dont give any me any imformation . i never tell any1 to buy reliance connection bcz of thier poorrrrrrrrr performance...

1) The mail is regarding to my reliance GSM Number([protected]) which i have purchased on[protected] from the local market dealer in panipat.I have submitted all my Identity Proof to the dealer on that same day & also complete all the formalities. But still i am receiving SMS & phone call from[protected] regarding that i have not submitted my identity paper’s. When i confirmed the same from the dealer he let me know that same has been submitted at local reliance office at that given day i approach Rword office of panipat the Customer care executive who was sitting there refused to take my identity proof there not only this they refused to log a complaint also.They told us that we have to again cross check the same from the local dealer from where we have purchase the SIM Card.

Please let me know that all the dealer's who are selling your product are dealing with us on behalf of our company. But still both of them are Dealer As well As Rword is playing me Marry -Go- Around. Please tell me sir is there any my fault in it .Not only this i m not able to make call tho the customer care number of yours to log a complaint. All the time the Customer Care Executives told us that the system is not working fine that is why i am not able to make call to CCare from RIM Number from the purchasing date. But when i am trying to make call to CCare from other RIM number it is working fine & easy accessible.


At last still i would like to request u to please understand my problem & waiting for you positive response.

i have worked as Area Manager with Reliance communication, Motihari, Bihar Circle. I was giving here 95-99% network availbality during my service.i have been transfered to Satara, Maharastra 55 moths before.

This is very shame for the Bihar Circle management that Motihari NW is 45% .consumer and bussiness all are suffering.

I had given several times request to management to retain me at Motihari for company bussiness. But no one taking care and eventually they terminated me from service.

I was running network with ony 11 engineers.

At present there are 25 engineer but network is not running as required.
i have worked as Area Manager with Reliance communication, Motihari, Bihar Circle. I was giving here 95-99% network availbality during my service.i have been transfered to Satara, Maharastra 5 months before.

i absolutely agree with.Reliance communication has no concern for their customers.Having reliance connection is a big mistake in life..it is sincere feed back to people who are looking for new connections..please do not opt for RELIANCE COMMUNICATION
