Sir i want to a complaint against reliance mobile cusotmer care centre.
I am a Reliance cdma user my number is [protected]. reliance mobile is not care my problem.

Dear Sir,

I had a connection of Reliance mobile/data card no. [protected] in the name of Dipin Gupta S/o Sh. Rajeev K. Gupta, 29, Phase-3, Urban Estate, Patiala (Punjab). But to my surprise, I got a call from some of your offices a few days back that I have not cleared my dues which had already been paid in full & final vide receipt no.6125611 dated 26 April, 2008 for Rs.565/-. The receipt was signed by your agent/authorised person, Mr. Ajay. in the office at Hira Bagh, Rajpura Main Road, Patiala. I had informed your office that I am no more interested to continue the connection. The concerned person assured me that all necessary action has been done at their end in the record. Confirming the same he wrote that the payment is full & final.

I request you to update your record and stop bothering & harassing me time and again for no fault on my part. I have also contacted your office many a time but the needful was never done at their end. It was reported that the person who signed the receipt and received the payment has already left the job which is none of my concerns. You complete your record and update the same. In case, I am again harassed, I have to take appropriate action against the Company for harassment and will claim damages for the same.

This is my relaince cdma no [protected].They have deducted wrongly Rs. 30 on 26 oct 2011.I never activate any promotional scheme.Please take the action against the issue and refund my all amount whatever is deducted wrongly.
