[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Blocked SIM Replacement

Respected Sir,

I am the user Reliance GSM service of Rajasthan My number is [protected].
My sim is blocked/hang Down on 30th of December while I was communicating..
After that I Checked my cellphone(Dual band Compatible Cellphone as Described on Reliance Customer form Manufactured by NOKIA)
but there was no fault in that..
The fault was in the SIM When I contact the Reliance Distributor he asked me to pay
100/- Rs to get the new SIM with the same number..
Sir I want to make your attention that there is no Rule,Terms or Conditions on the Reliance Customer form to pay charges in the cases while the SIM is Blocked/Hangdown..There are charges for new SIM if the SIM is Stolen/Damaged/Misplaced..
So Please try to solve the problem & provide me the appropriate SIM..
If possible take proper action against such distributor.
