dear sir, I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE CALLER TUNE SERVICE THAT RELIANCE COMPANY IS PROVIDING. i don't want caller tune on my mobile. i complained about it but their is not any action had been taken uptill now.My mobile no. is [protected]. I told that in future also i don't want any caller tune calls on my mobile & also don't want to recharge current caller tune. although caller tune recharged. Please stop caller tune on my mobile. Reliance Mobile — To stop Caller Tune From My Mobile

My Mobile No. : [protected]

I Dont want the caller tune to my mobile. Please stop the caller tune. Hence forth no request for caller tune or hello tune or any messages from Reliance Company.

and on www.pgportal.gov.in to "Department of Telecommunication"

I lodged complain on 17 Mar, 2010 to STOP THE UNWANTER SMS & SONG which started coming to my mobile no. without my permission. When I checked after 2 day on action taken then customer care dept says that it will take 45 days to de-activate the same. WHO HAVE YOU THE PERMISSION TO ACTIVE THIS SERVICE !!. PLEASE STOP HARASSMENT TO CUSTOMERS AND BE SENSIBLE LIKE OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS LIKE AIRTEL/ VODAPHONE.
