We at VLCC INSTITUTE PUNE, have 6 fixed lines of reliance communications, from last 20 days our phones are not working and we have been repeatedly giving complaint to the customer care of reliance communications, and they keep on giving us new complaint nos. every time we call them but are not telling us the progress of the previous lodged complaints. our fixed lines nos. are [protected], 30228824, 30228857, 30228856. if i don't pay bill 10 calls in a day saying "sir you have xyz amount pending". reliance has employed more people to call and remind for bill and none for fault correction.
