Reliance Communications — Apply for internet but not install in one month

Dear Sir,

I am resident of Jaipur, Rajasthan. On 10th May i applied for one internet connection of Reliance and paid 500 for that.

They install telephone connection after one month on 10th June after my so many calls. I am still waiting for internet facility i applied for.

whenever i call their executive they asked me for one or two days and now they stop receiving my phone calls. They even not giving me complaint no.

At the age of 58 i am very tired of this. Please help me.
