[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Rude Behaviour and unawareness of policies by Reliance Bangalore (BTM and Forum) outlet | |
I had been today[protected] to get a prepaid handset to BTM Layout outlet. When enquired about the handset I was asked to submit a Local address proof. As I am person who had recently shifted to Bangalore on a 3 months business trip I was not having any Local address proof. I was ready to give my permanent address proof the VOTER ID which he was not accepted. A person by name IRFAN in this outlet was rude and showed attitude(telling me that even if I roam whole blore I will be unable to purchase a handset). When I enquired in the Forum Outlet, they said that they dont have a handset in 999 offer(LG3500) and was ready to give the same LG3500 for 1300 bucks. When I agreed to it I was immediately given a form and asked to fill it. I got the connection. Being miffed about this, I stormed into the BTM outlet and asked Irfan why he had behaved in such a manner when there is no such constraints in other outlets. He gave some silly reason called "COMPANY POLICY" which I really don't understand how it can vary from outlet to outlet. Meanwhile he called some other fellow and canceled my activation. How could such a big brand like Reliance be so careless about it outlets and keep such people on work who throws away the customer. Its a real shame that this has not been taken care of...
