my mobile number is [protected]. i am having a problem with the teatime services..i wish that you would remove this TEATIME service as soon as possible..

I am a prepaid user of Reliance. My no. is [protected]
I hadn't subscribe for 53030 service, which is FMIndial pack what is this i dont know. i never use it. but from the last month whenever i recharge my phone(even a period of 10 days) they always cut the some money from my balance for the sake of this service. i talked to their customer care many time but i never got any satisfactory response from them. They gave me some number to unsubscribe this service but each time i got null response. I am totally fedup with this. Please help me.
