Reliance Communications — Disconnection of Phone & broadband

I am a user of Reliance landline & broadband. This is to inform all the consumers that the Service provided by Reliance customer care & reliance is pathetic. The worst service ever provided by any corporate. I think Airtel Broadband is far better then Reliance. Atleast the airtel customer service know what they are talking about. My reliance landline is not workin from past 15 days, I called up the customer service, gave a complain & they said that they will solve the issue in 48 hrs but nothing happened. Again i called up & again i got the assurity that the work will be done asap, but nothing happened. each time that i called up they gave me a complain number & assured me that the problem will be solved.. still i am waiting for the service to be up again to use. Finally i have decided that i will disconnect the service & not pay them any money further.
One more thing that i would like to inform you that dont even use reliance broadband service its is worst then a dialup of VSNL. I took a speed of 2mpbs but i never got that speed, i always have wait minutes & hrs to finish my browsing because the speed is so slow. My suggestion to everyone plzzzzzzz never have any relation with RELIANCE..

i have been using Reliancebroad net since a long time. In the month of Sept., 2008 my P.C. was not working due to some problem and i requested your local office to disconnect my broad net serives temporarily for one month as i shall not be able to use broad net for at least one and half month. Your local official came to me and got my written consent of a performa and assure that the same will be done. But sorry to write that after some time i got the bill for the month of Sept., 2008 and my local as well as STD facility was discontinued for some time without intimating me as i did not deposit the bill amount of Rs.505/- for the month of Sept., 2008. I had already paid thereafters bills regularly.
Last month i got a call from your local office and i told him my problem. He assure me that he will allow 50 % discount on your dues of Rs.505/-. But after few days after that i got another call from your Mumbai office that as i have not deposited Rs.505/- so my local as well as STD services have been disconnected.
I am surprised by this type of services being provided by Reliance. One local offical who came personnaly to me got my written consent and assure me for waiver of Non Useage of and after few days another says that your services have been suspended. Now since last about 15 days my outgoing telephon services local as well as STD have been suspended.
I shall not deposit any amount for the Non Useage and suspended period rental or other charges. and if compelled i shall request for permanently termination of connection. My connection no. is[protected] it is installed at House no. 34, Sunny Enclave, Kharar, Distt. Mohali (PB)
