Reliance Communications — Change from prepaid to Postpaid

I have been purchased a reliance internet prepaid HSD connection from Kapoor agency (30, Khun Khun ji Road, Chowk, Lucknow) on dated 30/01/13. Now it has been postpaid without my concern and my connection is showing some other Customer name.
i contacted with Kapoor agency (30, Khun Khun ji Road, Chowk, Lucknow) and want to give in writting but he refuse to take and say he will rectify. now its around 20 days.
Kindly rectify the problem.
Change with immediate effect otherwise strong action will be taken.
