Reliance broadband Internet (Palarivatton region ) is the worst one in the customer complaints. They wont care whether the internet/phone is not working for more than 3-4 days. And if we call the customer care, they will say like the complaint is already closed.. Worst in the service..

Beware before taking Reliance BorandBand connection...

my internet is not working from last two days, whenever i tried to book complain your phone is in busy line.

I am failing to connect internet whatever be balance. My phone no is [protected] .net is connected when I top up and after disconnecting net is not connected again. I HAVE MADE CONTACT MANY TIMES TO CUSTOMER CARE but problem remains as it is.

My God,
I am not able to update my site (http://www.mytechboxonline.com/) regularly because of the persisting Internet connectivity problems that are thrust upon me by the Internet service provider Reliance. For the last two months, I am using a Reliance Netconnect offer with ZTE USB modem/hardware that is also given to me by Reliance. It’s a mobile Internet service, which promised to give “fastest speed” on CDMA technology. But let alone any speed, the connectivity is either dead slow or almost dead.

I have repeatedly informed about my pains to the company Reliance, which as per my experience has the worst support system in the world. To my specific email queries, its support people start asking me totally general and irrelevant questions. For example, for data card, they ask me about “Handset make & model”. They would keep throwing volley of questions on you sent through standard emails, without trying to diagnose and resolve the problem.

Then, guess what…In the current 24×7 business environment, Reliance would give you a curt reply: “We will respond to you in next 5 business working days.” This response will simply cripple you for at least 5 “working” days.

So all this is aimed to gag a customer like me, as these useless questions and responses from Reliance cause a lot of mental disturbance to you. So the customers will not have any other option but to stop raising their voice against the service atrocities of the company. I have in fact reached that stage. But somehow mustered courage to raise my voice through this blog post.

Now I am totally trapped, as I have paid advance money to the company – Reliance. I can’t use the Internet service because it’s too weak and frail. And the company’s response to my complaints is either callous or mercilessly unprofessional.

I feel because of such poor services Internet usage is not growing at a desirable pace in India. The vendors are trying to grab poor customers’ money by hook or crook and finally leaving the latter in the lurch.

Since I use Internet to earn my livelihood, I am being thrown out of work by this Internet service provider. I feel this also amounts to a blatant attack on human rights.

I have addressed this communication to the Almighty, God because now I feel only He can help me and take me out of this predicament created by my friends at Reliance.

I will be back.

I HAD A COMPLAIN NO.[protected] & IT IS ISSUED AT 22nd july but even the problem isnot solve yet.
Actually i had recharged with 303 vouchar for excess to internet at 17 th july. Thatday one complain is registered and u r informed me at 21st july that my problem is solved and validity is extended from 19 jylu to 19 th august although problem is not solved then as my request u again take my complain which is not solved yet.
Since it took so many times that's why refund my money.
As i shall going to leave W.B in the 1st week of september..then i would not be able to used ur net connection...
So, i need my money back...as soon as possible...& ur customer care faculty is very unpleasent & nobody has proper information regarding net connection. That's why i am very harassed by ur service...hence i am very unsatisfied. HENCE REFUND MY MONEY BACK.

My internet connetion is not working for more than a month.Even with contineous f/l no action.Now they had romoved DLC.

I was using Reliance wired broadband (id[protected]. I received bill of April 2015 on 2nd May 2015 (Bill invoice no.:[protected]. I paid complete bill on 6th May 2015 (Receipt no.: AMIP[protected]. Immediately I mailed [protected]@relianceada.com & rcom.[protected]@relianceada.com to terminate the service from my registered mail id ([protected]@yahoo.co.in). After that the company didn't responded to my request. But now I am receiving bill for next month (May 2015) & the company is asking me to pay the bill, even after sending the termination request.

I have attached the following documents:
1.) Last bill I paid
2.) Payment receipt.
3.) Termination request I sent to reliance.
4.) New unwanted bill for May 2015 that company is demanding.
