[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — complaint about mobile network

My name is Akshay Lakhmani and my mobile no. is [protected] (Reliance GSM Prepaid).
I purchased this sim before 6-7 month.
There is reliance network problem at my house. There is no network in my house.
even i tried to change network to manual from automatic but still no network in my home.
I need to go outside to use my reliance sim.
I have another sim and there is network in that sim but no network on my reliance sim.

Even I purchased new Reliance Data Card and there is same problem. Data card show me cross sign at network mean no network.

Please solve this problem.

Working properly but can not say about reliance. It may be stop working in future. Hope that its work properly in future as it is working currently.

Reliance Mobile — regarding network problem

Dear concern person ,

I am reliance costumer ,using rel. mobile at NADIAD DIST. OF GUJRAT PIN CODE 387002
and i have been loged in complaine twice in last three month that I am suffering from irregular
or poor reliance mobile network ,my mobile most of time not reachable or out of service .

I changed my mobile instrument also but not get responce, so please solve this problem or I should change mobile connection toward other company

i have given many complaint regarding that i am not getting proper coverage where i stay even i have mentioned the address in the recent cases even after giving so many complaint you have not rectified my problem if you are not resolving it with in 3 days i just have a bad opinion even and just stop using the reliance other than that i cannot do any thing i know it is big organization

Reliance — Network issue

I am facing network issues (no network inside room) since last 10 days and also i have registered a complain against it with SR no.[protected].
But it is still not resolved and if i contact customer care they are telling it is closed from back end team technical team will look into this. This same answer I am getting since last 4 days. Kindly help me on this.
Trai has introduced MNP you can change it to any other service provider of your choice with same mobile number. I was also having reliance mobile same network issue i switched to airtel believe me ==very good customer care. and really nice service.

@Amit109h, change network provider is not solution of this. at-least we should try to inform to Reliance about this problem so they can try to solve it, if problem is not solve then we can use alternate solution i.e. change provider.

@RCOMcare how much time you want to solve this problem ???? you are taking to much time, i think i should change network provider because you are taking to much time to solve this problem.

Other network provider normally solve problem in 7 days but RCOM taking to much time.
Plz solve problem in short time, otherwise there no other solution except change network provider.
