[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Complaint for Duplicate SIM-Cost 100 Rupees-Injustice | |||
My self Yogesh Khandelwal, I am having reliance GSM No. in Rajasthan. My No. is [protected]. One month before, I lost my SIM card in Rajasthan. So I contact to Ajmer Reliance Office located at KC Complex. I asked for the procedure to get the duplicate SIM to customer care executive in the store. She told me that you have to give the Address proof, ID proof and Photo, I gave her my Photo and Driving Licence for the same, Then she told me that You have to purchase Blank SIM from the store located in front of Reliance office in the name of "Mahindra Mobiles". I went to that store and asked to purchase a Blank SIM. Shop Keeper told me that you have to pay 100 Rupees for blank SIM. Then I asked for the Bill because I know that the Blank SIM cost of all the telcom operator is near about 20-25 rupees. He refuesed to gave me the bill of that, Then i asked again customer care that he is asking for 100 rupees, then the girl of the reliance store said that you have to pay 100 rupees for that, From January onwards we donot have the blank SIM. Then I asked to know that if i purchase a Blank SIM from your store how much you will charge for that, she told me that its cost from reliance is only 4 rupees, What should i think about reliance store, Why they donot have the Blank SIM. Why she told me to go to the Mahindra Mobile in the front of Reliance. If this is right, I m ok with this. I think this is cheating with me. I have also communicate the sim on mail id rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com on dated 23/04/2012, but did not get any response. purchase the card at the rate they give you. take the bill of amount you pay and then mail the company about black marketing of their own product and ask who is doing this either company or the authorised dealer. you will get the excess amount in 24 hours. i have done the same thing. ghee sidhi ungli se nahi nikalata, ungali tedhi karani padati hai.

Reliance Communication — Difference in the Rate of Blank Sim Card
i have mail the customer care for the purchase of the new sim card against the old damage card. They had conversation with me for two days and they called me and given me assurance that it will cost you only 25 rs onyl.When i visited the web world loacted at shivranjani ahmedabad, They ask me to pay 200 rs. When i show the print out of email he answered that call center executive dont know the rates.
Than I visited the other web world located at Paldi Bhatta.Over there they ask me to pay 150 rs. Than i vistied the relief road Web world they ask me to pay 180 rs.
I want to complain , when the company is same , the product is same then why the rates differs at company outlets and also in the system and actual web worlds.
i have mailed this issue to nodal officer . customer care, anil ambani even.
But no one is responding.
Gude me what to do.???
