Reliance Communications — continuing Deduction of balance against VAS which i never activated

my name is Rajeev, and i m using relaince no

[protected] which is by the name of LalBahudar

singh(my relative in chandigarh). this no. is activated on

11 Jan 2013, since i m using this no.
Problem:

from last two mnths they r deducting 3 rupees

in every 3-4 days. firstly i ignored that,but

after 2nd or 3rd time i have called CC on

198, they refunded the money and i told them

to deactivate the VAS services, they have

told me that it have deactivated , but after

3-4 days , i got the msg of deducting money 3

rupees in the name of VAS services,
total i have called them about 6-7 times to

deactivated this services and they were

telling me that its deactivated and refunded

the money.once one of them told me to sms

STOP to 55333, when i sms this i got the msg

that there is no any VAS serrvices is active

on my no. once i have mailed { from:

but i got no reply from them.

on 25 june 13 i have gone to Alwar(Rajasthan)

where i got the msg about deduction of 10

rupees against VAS services which i never

activated, i could not call , after 3-4 days

when i have backed to chandigarh(28 june 13)

again i got msg about deducting the money 3

rupees against VAS service. and again after

3-4 days (totally 10+3+3+1.5) AND WHEN I CALL

them they r telling me that after 3 days

deduction the money is nor refunded,

Now what should i do, because i m tired to

call them (it will take 10-15 minutes to

talke to CC)
one year before when i was in delhi and i

have relaince no of rajasthan

([protected]/[protected]) and balance is 150 ,

they have deducted 150 rupees, on calling

customer care, call is not connecting

(network is busy) i have tried that time

about 50-60 times within 3-4 days.after six

mnth when call was connected they r telling

me that we have no details of 3 days more, so

we can't do anything.
SO sir plz do something .....
