i bought a reliance data-card online your, s web site.
the telephone no is [protected] the datacard is cdma usb data modem ec-121
i have receive this card 10-02-09 by express it.
this card is activate on 18-02-09 at 10.25pm by mr. jaggit throe [protected]
this card is suspended on 20-02-09 at 11.00am without resion
i have contacted these online number, s [protected], 625, 633, 627, 624, 635, [protected], [protected] but no any response.
i have contacted customer care *333 *355 *377 but no response.
i have contacted noodel officer[protected] but no response.
i have sent a fax copy of complain mr.assim raj at1.56pm on[protected] date[protected] but no any response.
this rel. offer is chiting for people.
no body is taking care.
this modem is not working from the same day
i am a rural persion.
you are requested to take the necessary action.

I have purchase this card on 15.05.08 from SKY SOLUTIONS from Laxmi Nagar-Delhi, Bill No. LN/4414.
This modem is not working from the same day.
I have contacted to relaince customer care and talked with so many guys(Bhawna, Pusha..etc )
No body is taking care.
