# I am Nareder Kumar working for India biggest Media Hub, My mobile is most important for me. # I am totally frustrated by Reliance Customer care and support system…My mobile number is [protected]. # I have successfully made payment and outstanding on 11th May’2011 at 12:10 PM . #24 hrs has been passed and my services are still not activated and problem not resolved #I made many calls in customer care but they always disconnect my calls and not giving proper response. # They are forcing me to visit reliance Word, which is not possible for me. #is this the service provided by India biggest company and mobile service provide. # If I would not get any reply within 5 hrs I will move to consumer court. # Mobile Number-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchased a GSM sim card i.e.-[protected] at 03.11.2009 from reliance communication shop situated at Mithaiwala chauraha Gomtinagar Lucknow.Representative had told me that this is life time sim and 0.50 paise scheme is also in it.Activation message came at 04.11.2009 then after i recharged my phone with Rs100/- Top-up at 07.11.2009 but still my local phone rate is Rs1.00/- local and Rs1.50/-STD.I told the situation to your representative but no satisfactory answer i found.
So, kindly resolve my problem earlier at your end.
