deducted my balance without recharging my number
I tried to do transaction through reliance communication official site, I recharged with Rs. 89, they mailed me that your transaction had failed but still they deducted Rs. 89 from from my account.
When I talk to customer care they didn't help me saying they don't have information, I have got proper mail from there official site of failed transaction.
They are even asking for transaction id, which was not given to me.
I want them to refund my balance as there was no proceeding of my recharge.

Reliance Communication — dissatisfaction
dear sir,i deposited my realince broad band bill at a realince center named friends communication(rishikesh,dehradun),situated in uttarakhand on 18 jun 2011.and they accepted my payment,and gave me a receipt. but after one day costumer care made me call that my bill is not paid,when i inquired at the friend communication they told me that you have given the wrong number so your bill is not paid,and when i matched the number,the number was correct.and when the found they wrong they returned my bill payment by saying this we cannot deposit your bill,so they totally harnessed me
