Reliance Communications — Not receive Internet settings | |||
Hi, In the beginning of Aug month, I took the Mobile internet of Reliance. After getting this I send 25 -30 SMS for getting Internet Setting and also get in touch of Customer Care, but every time they mislead me. Around 14 Aug, I already registered a complaint (No.[protected]. They called me and said we have already send u setting. After 2 days they say, we are going to send u settings within few hrs. I think they don’t have the settings for Samsung Corby Set. They just waste my 1 month time. Because of this, I am not able to check my mails and work in time. I request, please refund my money and now please don’t waste my time. Now, I get totally fed up with Customer Care. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
