[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Haven't got my refunds | |||
Hi there, I have repeatedly contacted Reliance customer care (both call center / customer care email / team leader email) about my refunds of Rs 1550/- which i had paid for a new internet connection for which I had applied on 02/07/2013 by chaque which also got cleared on 13th July and the connection never got installed. Since then, I have been repeatedly asking for my refunds as i no more need their connection and am fed up of their services but i am getting the same automated reply and no proper answer nor refunds. I am hereby attaching proof of the receipt of the new application that i did and also proof for the check that got cleared in the name of RCIL(Reliance Communication India Ltd.). Also I am copy-pasting few of my emails that i sent to them earlier here : *************************************************************** **************************************************************** to : [protected]@relianceada.com date : 1st August message : I have had applied for new broadband connection on 2nd July, 2013. CAF No.: [protected] The field executive name was Mr. Amit Prince and his related office address is : Reliance HR Services Pvt. Ltd. Reliance communications ltd. 1st Floor, Nr. Anand Nagar, Prahladnagar Road, Satellite, Ahmedabad. I had given cheque payment of Rs. 1550/- Cheque no: 681486 Cheque Bank: Dena Bank. It got cleared and debited from my account on 13th July, 2013. Now the thing is i never got my connection installed and working till date. I had also registered complaint twice on your call center number for which once i got response from your call center executive named Priyanka who also provided me with the complaint no :[protected] which then after 2 days when i tried to use it for knowing the status, i was told that the number is wrong and we do not register complaints when you dont have user id or if my connection is not yet active. So it looked like i was being fooled by your executive or no one had taken any steps for that. So 2 days later, on 29th July, when i called with my same complaint, at that time, I was told by your executive that i am filling in all the details and wont be able to provide you with complaint number as your connection is not yet active but whenever you call again and mention your mobile number, the executive will come to know about my this complaint. But when i called today for knowing status, Again i was told that there is no data on my complaint. Now either i am being fooled by Reliance or either Reliance is in no mood of making refund of my money. Please let me know when will i get my money back as i no longer require broadband connection as i have already purchased reliance dongle. If i am getting no response from here too, I wont have any option but to file case against Reliance for fooling their customers. We have escalated your complaint to our concerned team for redressal on priority. You will get the refund amount within 45 - 60 days from the date of escalation (i.e[protected]. Assuring you of our best services always. Thank you for choosing Reliance. Then i again emailed them regarding the same issue and inquired about the status *************************************************************** **************************************************************** Got this same reply again from them but make a note of the date change So do I will get any refunds now or i will just have to wait for another 60 days after 60 days|? : Dear Mr. Jani, This is with reference to your e-mail dated September 06, 2013 for your Reliance Subscriber Id[protected], regarding refund issue. We have already escalated the issue to our concerned team who will look into the matter and resolve it on priority. Got cheque from Reliance but it was too late. Nobody provides services of this type. Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

As you can see above, I have mailed yourself several times and i am getting the same reply from your end "The matter has been escalated to our customer service team". I really need result now and not the same reply everytime.
I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. I NEED IT AND I NEED IT IMMEDIATELY. I AM PISSED OFF WITH RELIANCE. PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW TO FILE COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM AS I NEED MY REFUND AND ALSO CLAIM CHARGES FOR MY INCONVENIENCE, TIME THAT IS OVER 5 MONTHS NOW AND BUSINESS LOSS THAT I SUFFERED BECAUSE OF NOT GETTING MY INTERNET LINE WORKING ON TIME AS I WAS PROMISED AND NOR I WAS GIVEN MY REFUNDS SO THAT I CAN OPT FOR ANY OTHER PROVIDER.

I haven't got the refunds till date and still Reliance is providing me with the bunch of new complaint numbers and also that I will be contacted by them in 48 hours. Now it has been over 9 months and I really dont know what to do here. I really need to sue Reliance for providing false information and bogus services. Can anyone tell me how can I do that? and also when will I get my refunds back? Even now I have shifted my office as the previous office was on rent where i got reliance connection. Please reply me ASAP or do call me on[protected].
