Reliance Communications — Internet connection not terminated after placing request so many times

SUB: Connection not terminated after placing termination request I have already given the termination request for Internet and landline connection request at 12 Sep 2013 ( approx .). I received a confirmation call from reliance customer care at 16 Sep 2013 . A person came to us regarding connection termination at 18 Sep 2013 and told us that reliance connection will stop . We receive a email from reliance that rental of your service will be stopped from 16/09/2013 . I have attach copy of same email . you can check . Today we got email for next bill which is 699 + Service tax = 785.40 Rs. but it is not correct . IT is complete payment of whole month rental . So i called to customer care for further clarification. Customer care told me my connection still working and their is no termination request take place . Please check this issue, terminate connection as soon as possible and modify the last bill. Kindly also note in the event of non return of this equipment, you will be charged 1250 in the final bill which will be sent to you after collection of this equipment. Any unbilled usage will also be charged in this bill towards full and final settlement. The collection of the equipment may take 7-10 days depending on your availability.
