HI, I M USING RELIANCE GSM FROM 2 YRS,I M FED UP OF MKTING CALLS FROM RELIANCE. I COMPLAINT SO MANY TIME ON RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE ABOUT THIS BUT STILL NO ACTION ON THIS. BUT NOW A DAYS I M SUFFERING FROM ANOTHER PROB, MY SMS ARE NOT SENDING, I LAUNGE A COMPLAINT ON CUSTOMER CARE AND MY PROB WAS SORT OUT FOR 1-2 DAYS BUT STILL I M FACING IT...... Reliance — Marketing Calls
Dear Sir,By using Mobile Number Portability(MNP), I have changed my mobile service provider from RelianceGSM to Docomo. I have changed this on 1st April 2011.
But still I receive marketing calls and messages from Reliance. When I called customer care of Reliance they do not give satisfactory answers. When I called to Docomo care they stopped their marketing calls.
But still I receive calls from Reliance.
Please take action against Reliance and stop these calls.
