Reliance Communications — data card is not getting active

sir i am so much frustaded due to relince dat card,
my connection is stoped from 14 oct. i submit full bill.i gave one appliction to this number plz convert my connection postpaid to prepaid,
they told me your connection will be convert on the period between 1-november to 5-november
still my connection is what(prepaid or postpaid) i dont know but the reliance web world person is not recieving the phone and i am in udaipur so sir plz suggest me should i throw my data card bcz still it is not usefull for me.my data card no is [protected] and my personel mobile no. is [protected] plz do needfull if you can,my mail id hirdesh.[protected]@rediffmail.com
