[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Mobile Number portability -Request Denial | |||
I am reliance CDMA Postpaid customer since 2005 ,have requested relaince for Number portability to Airtel. My request was denied mention the reason as contractual obligations,Have called up many time to customer care just to understand what is this contractual obligations, The customer care has asked me to visit the nearest reliance web world,I have visited Reliance web world but even they don't have any information what is this contractual obligations. Would request you to kindly let me know what is this contractual obligations and process my request for Portability, with this kind of harassment making me run from Customer care to web-world having called so many time to customer care office, just want to move out of reliance at the earliest. Reliance Mobile — Denial of No Portability
Sir I have one Reliance Mobile no [protected] I am not satisfied with the services of Reliance and applies for no portability and wanted to change service provider from Relliance to Vodaphone but Reliance co Rejected the same for unknown and wrongful reasons.Reliance Communication Ltd — NUMBER PORTABILITY
I Intent to inform you that i am the user of reliance communication CDMA NO. [protected] sing last 3 year. I want to port this no but the reliance communication not responding even after sending the message many time for portability to 1900.Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

Reliance Communications LTD. — about mobile number portability
my mobile no is [protected].I am trying last 15 days to change my reliance cdma no to other,so i opted for MNP on 23th march..Till now i.e 4th april nothing is done..I cant even use my phone.pathetic service..it was supposed to get done within 8 days.but......i am already frustrated using reliance...no one from reliance representative is resolving my problem .Please help
