To Costomer Care, I have received bill No[protected] Dt 22-6-10 I would like you to make following diduction. 1 I have never used R-World So I will not pay Rs 25 2 I have requested for last months R-wold Diduction & it was agreed by your repsentative at Kalyan So No last month pending amount. 3 As your representative agreed for the diduction and after that I have paid my dues so there is no quation of Rs 50 late fee. As this was your mistake not my. I request you to diduct Rs 100 From this bill & send fresh bill or your authority to diduct this amount . So I can send the chaque. If you delay this it will be your responciblity. Also I am attaching my last month request letter. Unfortunately R world was open in my mobile in August and in month of Octuber and November Rs 49/- deducted.So pls solve my problem that no any Rs deducted in future month.Reliance Mobile — Regarding R-World Issue
I cant open R-World in my Lg rd 3000 mobile, my handset is formatted & also all settings are reset. in my phone other simcards are working fine with R-World, my sim is not working also in another handset for R-World, i already complaint in reliance customer care in jalgaon but problem is not solved, i want to resolve my problem. i think suspected issue in my sim not in a handset. my mobile no. regarding this case is [protected]Bhushan Sonar
