[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — outgoing call is not working on bsnl landline

BSNL Landline — only outgoing is there.

i have made several compliants to the JE, bhadson, but they dont reponse to it, then after i had made the complaint to the higher authority of BSNL in nabha the JE of circle took only minor steps, but it worked hardly for two three hours and the landline phone came in the same position in which it was . so i request the concerned authority to do the need full.

Land Line Phone, Reliance — Outgoing calls not possible..

This is with reference to the land line number[protected], in Pune city, plot 32 Rambaug colony, Flat no 8, Kalyan Apartment, Kothrud area. 411038.
We are not in a position to call (ougoing local call) any more from last night. "Call Failed" sign is flashing after dialing the number. My wife is a doctor and she needs the fone desparately.

I have paid the bills intime, and there no issue at all.

pl help and resolve. awaiting your communication and confirmation asap.
