Reliance Communications — Reliance 3G data plan

sir
i hv recharged for 3g data with 208rs.......i received two msg at a time.
.first one was successful rechareged and another was " your request could n't be procced at this time plz try again later.
i payed 208rs to retailer.......he also received recharge succesfully confirmation msg.........his balance deducted also.

still i did n't get any 3G data......
after all i call back to RELIANCE C.C. many times...but they r not responsing accurately regarding my complain..
