Reliance Communications (Rcom) — Balance deducted | |||
My reliance mobile number is [protected]. This is new number and my 2nd mobile number. My 1st number is from Vodafone - [protected] Just 3 days after the activation of the number, I got a message saying "You have been successfully subscribe to Motor Service at Rs 20 for 20 days". When I called customer care to make a complaint since I didnt activated this from my side, then I got an answer that "We cant verify now, since its a new number and we need atleast 7 working days to verify bcoz we dont have any document for this number". First of all, I want to know, without any action how "Motor service" got activated on my number. Please stop the unnecessary service and refund the amount.
